We are a kendo organization that has been practicing in the Ypsilanti, Michigan, USA area since 1997 (formerly named the Eastern Kendo Club). Our club is an registered member of the Midwest Kendo Federation (MWKF) and the All United States Kendo Federation (AUSKF).

Beginner Information
We have beginner classes starting twice per year (March and September). We will consider taking beginners at other points during the year as well.

If you have never done kendo before, please visit and observe a full session as well as talk with the sensei.
